These ratings are obviously from people who have nothing else to do than transfer their lack of responsibility to someone else. Rick is a fantastic lawyer. I used him to help me get my child back after he was taken away for false allegations. He treated me very well, was extremely knowledgable. He gave me a better than fair rate, He was timely in calling me back and was very attentive in the court room. He was returned to me immediately and was able to settle out of court. This is terrible to see these ratings that are probably more a focus of the individuals who wrote them than Rick. He is a fighter and not only fight for you but help you behave in a manner that helps and not hurts you in the court room!!

I hired him for a 1st visit to see an inmate paid him $500.00 and he never did that 1st visit then a day later wanted 8,000 to continue. He NEVER started. So I got another attorney at a fraction of what he wanted UP FRONT. BEWARE shop around before you pick the 1st attorney. RIPPED ME OFF MY I COULD HAVE SPENT ELSE WHERE

never keep you inform of what is going on, do not return calls after a week, do not talk for you in the court room. do not diffent you i any way.do not let you defent your self.is like you do not have an attorney.went he go inside the court room the only thing he said is his name and that he is an attorney.and them he sit down and that is all. bad bad attorney only want your money....shamed, shamed on him why he be came an attorney? he take vantache of the poor people..that can't diffent them self....this is the truth...
