Worst of the worst - all about the money, sounds like I'd already written this review. HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL, got caught in traffic was her excuse for my having to be alone in court the first time, then she was a very late show the next time with me having to hope the judge would not rule until she arrive-imagine my stomach in knots as my kids futures were on the line. She arrive late but not as late as the first two times...-I had to travel further than she did and was ALWAYS ON TIME. My son did all the fighting to win this case, he was in high school, worked with social services dept.s on his own as I had to refrain from being involved at all with what he was doing. He should have gotten the thousands I paid her. Her tenacity is monitairly driven and at best is a 1 because of the checks I wrote her. Overall given the opportunity, I'd rate her services in the negative columns.

Catherine is all about the money. She tells you what you want to hear and then once you are on the line you get the bigger picture or should I say bigger bill. Never available when I call. Her practices are unethical at best. Take your money and RUN. I am sorry I went here and I am posting to hopefully save some other schmuck from the misery of C. Vincent. However if you want to be tens of thousands of $ in debt and break you kids and ex forever, you're in the right place. Be wise, do your homework...she is not worth your sanity. I wish I would have looked at this site first. I should have prayed about this.

Ms. Vincent does NOT care about children. She recently started practicing a WIDE variety of law....Ms. Vincent will bury you with paperwork and is looking for the "cash cow" to pay for it. Her attorney skills are very questionable and she is very unethical!

Absolutely the worst of the worst! Do not hire her! She takes all your money and then leaves you with nothing. She doesn't care about anything but making money. Totally heartless!!

This is exactly the type of lawyer that makes us hate them all. I wish I would have read the previous review first. I fell to the marketing hype and hired this firm for my family law case. Well, almost 15 months later and a cost of almost $10,000 my case is not one step closer to resolution. In fact, we are going backwards. Communication is horrible, until it's time to collect money. At no time have they been proactive or taking a single action to protect my rights. When my last hearing went poorly, the response was, "Get us more money and we can take care of that". Save your money and your peace of mind. Hire a 1st year law student. You will be better off....... M in Temecula.

DO NOT RETAIN CATHERINE A. VINCENT! Catherine A. Vincent was aggressive only to get my money then she was rarely available to take my calls because she was busy with other prospective clients taking there money. On more than one occasion, Catherine Vincent showed up late to my hearings and was double booked in same court at same time. My Judge seemed irritated which I'm sure did not help me at all. When I received my monthly bill from Catherine A Vincent it was not divided by two clients, but instead she billed me the entire 4 hours as I'm sure she did the other client as well. I am easy to please but in this situation I feel compelled to warn you about this terrible, unethical, unresponsive, non caring attorney who spends lots of time & money on internet ads instead of actually working on cases. Save your money and hire any other attorney but do NOT hire Catherine A. Vincent! Mike in Murrieta
