I wouldn't even give him a one for what he put me through my son ends up in jail a friend of a friend said he knew this person which was Mr Dino. Mr Dino and friend went to see my son in jail told my son don't worry about it I've got you. I as his mother went and got letters from his place of work the owner of the company his coworkers his boss his secretary friends family doctors all stating how far he's come how good he is at his job even letters from his daughters stating how much they miss him he violated probation driving home one night got pulled over for speeding and he blew a point over. A violation of probation this past year he has thrived come so far. All those letters were handed to Mr Lucius 2 days prior to court date he calls me demands $5,000 or he's not going to show up I asked for all the paperwork back because at this point he's done absolutely nothing. Mister Dino refuses to hand it over was rude mean tells me letters won't do**** he's going to prison how do I get t

The only good thing about this attorney is....NOTHING. He was caught recording inside a courtroom. He lied to the court and embarrassed me as a client. No wonder he never takes notes, he's recording everyones proceedings. He appears to be under the influence of a narcotic. Don't waste your money on this attorney.

Only thing he got right was his direct deposit account for me, end up paying more to the lived with mother at the time of paying child support up front and still had monthly payments also had the luxury of dropping him off at court with me, he spoke to the DA without me but with the other parent present..(GO FIGURE)..loud and embarrassing. Total waste of time and false assistance.

This site doesn't allow enough space to express how horrible of an attorney Mr. Lusica truly is. My advice is that you can absolutely do better by representing yourself as a layman than by wasting money on his subpar (at best) representation. I had a restraining order all but vacated by representing myself. My ex admitted that she vindictively filed a restraining order a against me UNDER OATH and he failed in his arguments Abe representation. All restrictions of the order were lifted and court became much more of a victory arguing for myself.

I can sum up my review of Mr. Lusica in two words - Wasted Money - He will promise everything you want and then bully you (his client) into making decisions based on his monetary gain rather than his clients' benefit. He is the only attorney I have every met who arrived late to EVERY single hearing (3/3) which he represented me. One time he showed up literally empty handed - I then had to pay 10c a page for him to print out my paperwork at the courthouse! (which I had already signed and emailed to him days prior) He is unorganized and furthermore; his staff is rude and condescending. It seems like his "receptionist" is his wife and his “office” might be run out of his house, I never could get an answer or return call – and I was a paying client. At the end of the day; I ended up paying, this con artist, nearly 10k and he abandoned me when I told him I had no more money to give. His representation was so poor, I have thought of reporting him to the State Bar. BUYER BEWARE!

When I first met Dino he sounded like he actually cared about the ordeal I was going through and I fell for his sales pitch. Between my wife and I we were able to make a payment arrangement with Dino where he would only charge us $3k because I had already done all the legwork for my case and would continue to help in any way I could. Once my court case came around (child support case) he showed up without ANY paperwork. Nothing. I had to leave court and run around LA to find a copy place that was open so I could print out over 100 pages when I should have been in court! Then, in court he goes and puts up a defense that I specifically said I did NOT want to use. After singlehandedly losing the case, he sends me a bill for almost $6K!!! For what? He never did a single thing he said he was going to do! Stay as far away from this guy as possible. He's a liar and a cheat and only cares about money. Too bad because I actually liked him at first.

I had high hopes when hiring Dino because he came from a referral but, as another individual stated, I quickly learned that Dino cares more about money than the actual well being and safety of his clients. He made simple clerical mistakes on my divorce paperwork and then charged me for him to do it over again-the mistakes were made solely by him. My ex was ordered to pay my attorney's fees but Dino wasn't satisfied with the payments being made toward my account so he put pressure on me, my dad paid 5k out of pocket and right after Dino dropped me as a client stating that he wasn't being adaquately paid. He gave me ultimatums wherein he promised to revoke his representation if I didn't go for blood with my ex. He forced me to sign a substitution of attorney before going into court one day (threatening his representation if I didn't) and then altered it and filed it months later. He is the type of attorney that gives attorneys a bad name. Don't fall for the sales pitch. Hes a manipulator

I had a disappointing experience working with Dino Lusica. I believed he had a good sales pitch and I fell for it. But ultimately, I felt he was unfair in his billing and not interested in me or seeing good outcomes in my case. I felt he was preoccupied with his own gain more invested in himself and being paid than with helping me. It was disappointing because I've never in my life needed good legal help like I did at that time. I feel he failed me. I would caution anyone looking for an attorney to look elsewhere. In my case, I felt he over-promised and under-delivered. This is a deal breaker when you need good legal representation.

Finding a lawyer is easy, finding a good lawyer is not.
If it wasn't for Dino Lusica, my family would still be living a bad dream. My sister had been represented by two different lawyers prior and it was Mr. Lusica who got the job done. He successfully finished a turbulent child custody case that stretched well over a year. My sister received sole legal custody of my niece and was able to move away. Mr. Lusica is not one of those money hungry attorneys. He genuinely wants to help you. He is quick-witted and assertive in the courtroom. He'd make an excellent criminal defense attorney. With that said, I'm glad there is a lawyer like him in family court.

Hiring Mr. Lusica was the best thing we ever did. He totally exceeded our expectations in a custody matter. Before we hired him my son had little hope of protecting himself and grandson from an abusive controlling ex-spouse. Shortly after Dino Lusica was hired, he provided my son with total control. Through every part of the legal process he proceeded like a chess master anticipating every move she made seemingly like he was three moves ahead of her. Not only was he very professional but he was also accessible and answered all of our concerns. When we went to court he was awesome! He exposed masterfully exposed her false testimonies and contradictions. He was worth every penny and more.
If you are on the right side, I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to win.
