Last straw. It took Diane Drew Butler & Associates’ (DDB&A) Office, Lisa Thiessen (LT), FIVE MONTHS to process my sub of attorney over several attempts. Every time, DDB&A / LT have given either no response or an including “we already signed and returned it” or “we never received the paperwork.” Bull. Nasty.
The last straw that led me to write this review is when I received a bill for “Review and forward (files), advised client to file sub of attorney ...”
First of all, LT did NOT attach the file to her e-mail. Second, they already know I’m switching attorneys as evidenced by LT’s explicit mention of it. Third, it’s DDB&A’s fault that they have ignored / procrastinated for FIVE MONTHS and then basically lied about it! Fourth, the Sub of Attorney was NOT faxed back to my new attorney – on at least 3 separate occasions of trying to get this done, more like 4 or 5 by now; this time my new attorney called DDB&A’s office and it was miraculously done the next day, even though LT told
