I chose a wrong lawyer. She's too expensive, not worth i. The important thing is that due to the lawyer's negligence and mistake, I suffered a loss of 2000. It's ridiculous that I had to find another lawyer to claim compensation.

Unprofessional and unethical. Lures you in with cheap blanket rate, then charges for every little thing. Would rate <1 if able. Would not do anything without seeing a deposit first and purposely (seems like it) delay her documents to the last minute to be able to charge delay fees.

I wish i can give her 0. Catching every chance to ask money, even due to her slack to incomplete her work later she still ask me to pay her again. So shameful for her. No thoughts to help clients and put all energy to how to create chances to ask money. Lots of hiding fees. Even price is cheaper, but eventually you will pay more and more that other lawyers.

Solicitor hired, literally no work ethic, lazy, incompetent, wont admit what she had done wrong and keeps making excuses saying that the fault was the other parties. On closing date, no emails or calls just nothing. Had to contact her and finally got a reply saying that she was waiting for me to contact. Literally the worst lawyer, wont get anything done, paid in full and told us to do it ourselves. Paid an additional amount to get papers done, and ultimately didn't even get it done and have to delay it again. Tihs type of service should be fast and easy, straight to the point, but instead it has created lots of stress for all parties while god knows what the hell she is doing with her time. Would not recommend this Lawyer to anyone, and would actually recommend to report this lawyer for faulty services to the Ontario Gov. Very shady people to do business with.

This is the worst lawyer office in Toronto. The documents they made are not acceptable by the Service Ontario. I'm still fighting for the fee. All their staffs sound nice, but actually are are unreasonable and unprofessional, knowledge when there's an arguement. The worst experience ever

I spoke on the phone with a clerk named Anson. He was very rude and seemed very annoyed when I explained to him my situation. I'm just going to look for another lawyer.

Never going to this lawyer again. One of worker there named Maggie's serviced us with coldly attitude and she charged us more what they told me st the beginning without noticing us. When we got the final report, we found they charged more than double prize which they withdrawed directly from our deposit. For a commercial property purchasing, we almost spend$6000 only for Dinana Young office. Felt very upset

Unethical and unprofessional. Every day communicating with them is a pain. on the closing day we get our key only because they said the documents are not 'done' yet. 3 days after I still didn't get any document from them. Not responding calls or email. I am going to file a complaint to Law Society Upper Canada. Such lawyer should be disbarred. I was referred to them by Bank of China. They appointed her. I wish I had read this page before signing them.

It was a terrible experience to pay for stupid Lawyer company. She hired a ton of cheap labor to do the case. Those cheap assistant asked me to collect paper work includes payout statement which is supposed the lawyer side initiate rather mortgage borrower. These assistant ask to charge for anything including telephone calling to confirm payment for $150/each call, pay the bill for $300/each bill, if bank did not submit document to them, they will ask to charge speeding up fee $ 300. They are stupid enough not able to confirm the payment which provided by me and other company. Finally, they hold my $175,0000 for 1 week although bank already gave them. Meanwhile, I have to pay these refinance interest for a week out my pocket. I am going to call police and bank tomorrow to report they criminal action. Never use this criminal lawyer.

Very bad firm. The lawyer wasn't in charged and only the assistant doing the work. the assistant assigned another assistant to serve the client. Both lawyer and assistant were not contactable. Very rude, unprofessional and lazy. Totally avoid this firm . You will better pay another firm a few dollar more than get this firm to represent you.

Incompetent lawyer assistant that does all of the work; never get to meet the lawyer; charge extra money whenever they can when tasks are clearly under the lawyer's responsibility and line of work. They NEVER explained the process and are very last minutes with the case but then charge extra money for client "delaying" the case. Very bad experience.

My condo was closed more than 1 year and she is holding me the deposit and holding fund. Her staff never do anything until I called and asked. I am still fighting back for my deposit

Never give business to this lawyer again . Most or more done by her assistants. She we found the house leaking and appliance broken , fireplace as a huge hole before the closing, finally she talked with me while chewing her lunch and very impatient, forcing me close and not will follow up with seller's lawyer regarding the condition.

I never have chance to meet with this lawyer. All papers by staff only. Very poor facilities, only 1 filthy small meeting room. You are required to pay $300 cash deposit the first time you show up in the office. Add $200 lawyer fee on the closing date without prior notice. Still hold me $100 a week after closing. ABSOULTELY lack of professionalism. HSBC Bank canada black listed this lawyer. The staff didn't disclose when the first time in the office. Please please don't use their service.

This lawyer's incompetency caused us lots of trouble in our house closing. Her office asks for deposit when you go open up a file with them, this is not a normal practise that every other lawyer does. You should not expect she will provide you services any more than minimum, let alone getting the chance to talk to her in person or see her when you are her client.
