Paid him cash for bankruptcy. To make a long story short, he did not affirm my house and now I am living a nightmare. He sent in my affirmative papers for my car too late, and I am also living a nightmare with that too. I can't ever speak with him. His helper is always too busy to help me. It took him over 5 month to file my bankruptcy and my wages were going to be garnished. I called thelawyer. His helper would not call my employment to let them know I was in bankruptcy. My employment had to call them. They would do anything to help. I did 95% of the leg work. This has ruined my life. I can't get anyone to talk to me about my car or house because my lawyer needs to do that because it still showing I file bankruptcy. I can get the lawyer to do anything, becasue she said my file was closed and put up. She wouldn't even get it out to look to see what she could do. She said there isn't anything she can do now. I am angry and stressed.
