Great attorney. Was referred by a friend and his staff was very knowledgeable. He returned my calls and worked efficiently on my case… was able to settle my case within 3 months. Very happy with the results… will definitely be my go to attorney for any legal advice or help.

This guy knows his stuff!!! I was very pleased with his attitude and quick response to any of my questions. He has now handed 1 criminal case, 2 personal injury cases, and 1 foreclosure for me and my family and we’ve had better results than we expected with all of them. Still waiting to finish 1 of the personal injury cases but are expecting a great outcome as always. Thank you Mr. Hernandez

I had read some bad reviews about Mr. Hernandez but had already made an appointment with him. WOW after meeting him and having him work on my case for over 6 months I have no idea why someone had posted what I read so about him. I want to let you know that he handled my case very well better than I expected the outcome to be. He also always returned my calls and his assistants where very friendly and knowable. thank you again!!!!

I have been after him for over 9 months and he has not answer my calls. I have already paid him.Stay away from this lawyer at all cost.

A simple accident case, he took over 5 months after my therapy to request medical records, and still has not got them. In that period he changed assistants 4 times and never returned a phone call. After getting upset with the NEW assistant for now even knowing where the status of my case, she claimed I insulted her and the lawyer dropped my case. Typical Miami lawyer attitude. Disgusting! Do not recommend!!
