Chuck Franklin is a professional with a excellent knowledge of the legal system. Following his advise, kept the system from swallowing me up and keeping my record clean. I would, and have recommended his law firm to family and friends. I keep his card in my wallet and won't leave home without it.

This lawyer had the lack of respect to send a public defender in a $5 suit, in lieu of him, on the day of my pre-trial conference, where I was first presented with "my" plea bargain (which I didn't even know I was making until I showed up). Imagine you show up to your pretrial conference and your own lawyer doesn't show up. Instead, someone you have never met before does, and he is there to guide you through your plea bargain, which up until that point you didn't even know you were making.
The only thing this guy did was handle my mail for $3,000. Thanks alot Chuck! You did a great job of confirming the reputation of huckster lawyers everywhere.
