White was to add 3 items to my mother's Will, 1 of which is I get my mother's car. My mother died 1 month after signing new Will; a week later I was going to register the car in my name, only to find its NOT on the Will! Spoke with White & she said she didn't add it because I had told her we'll register it. I did NOT tell her that. Grief makes life hard, but dealing with Service Ontario has made it harder (do this, get this, oh you also need to do this, that etc)not to mention the fact that they are so short staffed! Today was a last-straw day, so I went to White's office & made a bit of a scene. My mother told her to add her car to the Will; White didn't because she 'assumed' we would immediately register the car to me? When Mom was there to sign, White didn't tell Mom she decided to NOT add the car on Mom's Will. White didn't do as Mom asked. I am NOT impressed with her or her 'cover story'. My mother's money was wasted on White's so-called services.

Quality lawyer during my family crt issues. Reasonable and compassionate while being straight front. Used her services for a prompt real estate transaction later on. Was great to have her services. Thanks!!

I (we) had one appointment with Beth. She was compassionate, sincere, and extremely genuine in attending to our matter. She provided insight as to our rights, yet, at the same time, explained certain risks involved. Overall, she certainly looked after our interests, and, in the event I ever require legal services, I will certainly be retaining Beth. N.A.

A lawyer that does not listen to the client. Researched former deceased owners of a house to see if the were married. This couple married for 50+ years, this was researched for a deceased client that had lived in the house for 9 years before his death. Charged $105.00 for an inaccurate "chart" that pretained to the debts and assets of the deceased. Poor communications and people skills. Eg: Phoned to tell client that "there isn't enough money in the trust to pay her. Then tells client that she will be paid because she has the contract with me(the client). This did not stop her from raiding the trust fund for her fee. Imagine that a retainer of $!,000 is put up and that sum ended up in the disbursments colunm without an explanation. Their accountant must have had a "Bring your Kid to work" day. May we all be spared this poor quality of work,and disapointment.
