Loveless is a bully with little effort and acting within legal bounds. She overcharged me, threatened me, and then forgot to do what she was charged to do by the court. She irritated the judge, and she does not know how to act in court. She spends all of her time intimidating others so that she doesn't have to show up in court and embarrass herself by showing how little she knows. She tosses her weight around, but it was clear she didn't know what to do in front of a judge.

This is the most unethical attorney that I have ever met. She does not care about facts. She has falsely provided information to the courts that she knew was incorrect. She is known as the snake in this area and most avoid getting bitten. Look for someone who is ethical

Loveless is an attorney who should be investigated by the State Bar. She constantly makes false statements in attempts of bullying the other side. In our case she purposely misled the judge by providing false and misleading information to the court without notifying the opposing counsel. When confronted she was not totally honest when confronted by the court. She uses intimidation tactics and threats on a continual basis to bully the opposing client.
