Received Pearson from another County. Very head strong, very opinionated. Does very little to show professional conduct. Frequently involved in slanderous statements that hurt the County that he is currently working for.

Found Pierson to be very head strong. Does not review cases prior to trial, unless it is one that is in the news. Fails to communicate appropriately with other attorneys and does not turn over discovery in timely fashion

I too was a victim in which Mr. Pearson was assigned the case. He was professional and sympathetic and I have nothing but respect for him and his work.

Highly unprofessional. Uses tactics that are highly unethical in how he handles cases and represents the County Prosecutors Office. His boss Mark Heideman has been informed of numerous unethical actions of Pearson, only to cover them up and allow the continual violations of the law. Has been invested previously by the Bar.

Pearson is a very arrogant Deputy Prosecutor. He has been involved in less than appropriate conduct and complaints have been filed against him. Local attorneys have repeatedly indicate that he does not work towards solutions only for the benefit of placing Pearson in front of the local news media. He needs to return to law school and learn some basic training about solutions rather than creating conflicts.
