I retained H. Don Sharp to be my attorney to get me off of a speeding charge wherein the officer who gave the ticket hadn't even renewed his certification for over a year. As a Realtor, if I did not renew my Realtor's license, I would be fined at the very least if I tried to collect a commission. There were several different avenues Don took, trying one at a time to keep my license "clean," and finally, through his tenacity, I was found innocent of any moving violation!! Also, he always treated me as his equal and never walked in front of me, and always had me sit next to him, always giving me a heads-up as to what I could expect when the case went to trial. Thanks to Don, he's the best attorney I've ever had!!! Mabel Murray-Moss

Doesn't know what's going on well over half the time. I had him as an attorney for 3 years and I called him up only to receive excuses about how he was busy with other cases. I told him up front I was NOT going to plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit and he called me up they day before I was to plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit and basically told me that if I didn't plead guilty to a lesser sex crime then I would be going to Prison for the rest of my life. Avoid this ultra corrupt reckless attorney.
