Mr.Harnett was consistently professional, informative and honest with me. He was prompt and efficient in all his dealings. The final cost of his services was reasonable compared to quotes received by other lawyers and the total came within the estimated range that he promised me. The conviction was withdraw and case was closed by his expected deadline. I highly recommend him.

When I read the positive ratings here I thought I am in different lawyer's page. God knows who they are but it is hard to beleive they are real clients because I am a reall client with much different experience with Aaron Harnet. Harnet took my case, I made the mistake of trusting him. He just tried to make my case worse than what it really was. Asks for a retainer, and then his priority is making sure you can make your payments. $$$$money. That's it. I definitely would not recommend this lawyer, and I should have done my homework BEFORE I hired him. Do yourself a favor, and try to find a lawyer who will actually put your best interest first, not his. Good luck.

Mr. Aaron Harnett is a great lawyer. He puts his client's interests first. When our son was charged with sexual assault as a Young Offender, we were all traumatized. He was innocent but the complexity of that charge was formidable because of the political climate. Mr. Harnett's exemplary leadership and problem solving skills led to those charges being withdrawn. He created the opportunity to resolve this case. As a result of Mr. Harnett's insightful and tenacious work, my son was able to continue going forward in his life. Initially, when we engaged Mr. Harnett, we did not know what to expect in terms of costs. We were frightened that we would be financially exploited. The opposite happened: Mr. Harnett was completely fair and never took advantage of us financially - even though we were vulnerable. I would strongly recommend Mr. Aaron Harnett to anyone who wants the best legal representation with the highest standards of integrity.

Aaron is a great lawyer and a very knowledgeable in his profession however Aaron, your assistant is rude and condescending to clients. Your clients are already stressed and going through a tough time with legal issues. A little sensitivity, empathy from your staff is crucial to developing rapport. Just need to have a talk with her to treat anyone that walks through the door or calls with respect and don't talk rudely or down to them. A few weeks ago, I witnessed disdainful mannerism towards a client in the office as well as overheard her on the phone with someone and she was rude.

My husband hired him for a case. He stole from his boss and it was a very bad time for us. The case took a long time but in the end he helped us avoid a criminal record. My husband was hard to deal with because of some drinkingl issues but lawyers are used to that I guess. I would recomemd him but right now none of our famiy or friends know he was charged and I want to be private.

Aaron is an excellent lawyer. He won my case and went to court for me and explained the system so that I could understand. He has a lot of knowledge and experience. He is respected by other lawyers and the prosecutor. I was able to get my charges withdrawn. He worked for a fair price so I would recommend him to someone looking for a good lawyer to get the job done.

I decided to work with Aaron because of his communication skills and attitude. He understood the situation I was in right away and had the case finished 2-3x faster than it would have taken to wait it out. It cost more than I had hoped, but still a fraction of what others had quoted me. I'd say he costed me an arm and a leg, but in the end I suppose he saved my . If I wanted to keep a friend or family member safe, I'd confidently refer them to Aaron.

Tough, but a very good lawyer. Aaron never beat around the bush, never pretended things were better or worse than they were. He was really good at explaining all the issues in a way I could understand. Everything got cleared up, so I have no complaints.

Aaron was an extremely hard-working lawyer who spent a lot of time speaking with me directly to understand the nature of my problems. I am a court interpreter. I have known Mr. Harnett for almost 25 years, from his early appearances in courts. As an impartial outsider, with no prejudice, one way or other, this remark is simply a reflection of my experience with him in hundreds of occasions that I was interpreting for his clients who spoke my language, or hundreds of other cases that I happened to be present in the same court as he was. I found Mr. Harnett to be a conscientious, hard-working, and diligent lawyer. Did he lose case? Sure he did! Did he make innocent people convicted! Sure he did not! Is he a tough talker, sometimes harsh? Sure he is, albeit mostly necessary! Did he charge people for his services? Sure he did! Were they exuberant? On certain occasion that I became aware, comparing to other lawyers, they were not. But he was one hell of a fighter and his arguments respected by judges and other lawyers. I sympathize with those whose cases were lost. But this happen to every lawyer.

Aaron assisted me when I had a very sensitive legal issue. He was extremely knowledgable, diligent and was able to produce with amazing results. I can't imagine how the bad reviews are possible. Aaron's fees were reasonable, especially considering the result.

I don't know what the heck those other guys are talking about. Aaron represented my son when he ran into some very serious trouble. He not only was able to get the charges dropped, he made sure that my son got some much needed counselling and help. He was tough. He didn't mince words, but that's what I and my son needed. There were times I might have even been angry with him but in the end he was absolutely right! I was being a baby and he called me on it. Isn't that what you want in a criminal lawyer? I can't thank him enough for giving me my son back and helping to ensure his future has opportunities.

I agree with the fist comment below. He is an absolute insult to lawyers, he is a real crook. I know five ppl who hired Aaron and he just rained their life. He like stupid and new commer ppl who have problem with law, he is after new immigrant clients , because he can easily make money of them. He cares about his jaz music more than a client. All u need this fb , he has jazz every day and he acts he is a successful lawyer. He has a very bad reputation in courts on ON especially downtown. He makes ur case so hard and stressfull for u so u get more worried and give him all ur money. I hired him for my dui , fist time and he ruined it. I wish I could do more research and shop around. STAY AWAY FROM HIM

An absolute insult to the law profession. He is really a crook. If you hire him you will loose your money and case. He take you in a situation and try to rip you off. Looking for some excuses to take money out of your pocket! Accept easily your case with lots of promises and take all your money in advance then you should beg him to handle the case for you. Please stay away from him. Otherwise you will be hurt by him. No ethic and morality at all.
