This lawyer's name is very important to remember if you would want an illegal mandate for a lawyer to fulfill. He's the man. Indeed, I have filed official complaints with certain Professional Orders and Government Departments concerning an alleged Co-Property Scheme in order to protect our investments. The letters were written in a privileged context of protection, not made public, and without prejudice. Lawyer Paquin's mandate from his client, a member of a profession, was to sue me for writing letters concerning her wrongdoing! Well, Lawyer Paquin, obeying his client's mandate, sued me for defamation! The amount is exorbitant. Did you know that in Quebec, a law-abiding citizen cannot write letters, otherwise he will get sued? !!! Worse still, the Superior Court Judges allowed the lawsuit without ever looking at the letters I wrote. In fact, Lawyer Paquin did not even produce the said letters in Court.
