For a guy with such high self-esteem, his work product was lame. Insulted me about not being able to afford him; fraternized with young caseworkers way too much. Did not represent my case well at all.

Randall was appoointed by the court to be a decision maker. He would not speak with me until I paid the retainer fee. He did nothing but agree with everybody except the evidence. When I presented the errors that DHS did in an abuse investigation, he told me I was either making up the evidence or lying. Randall made no effort for independent investigative work. His motive was to agree with court so he could be appointed to the bench. This lack of concern for the truth was of no concern to Randall because if he stood up for the truth he would not have received his coveted appointment to the bench, thus children can be abused and the truth can be ignored, as long he was able to tell the court that he can be counted on not to let the truth become an issue in a case. Randall exemplified all the reasons that the current system of selecting judges creates corruption in the justice system. Randall Lococo being on the bench today is testiment that the truth is a victim in our courts.
