worthless lawyer! I paid him 40K for trust work and he did absolutely nothing. He milked my account and was not successful in anything he did and even fought against me. I never saw counter claims and was friends with the other counsel. DO NOT hire him!!!

I found Brandon Bellew to be an excellent lawyer . I used him for an estate case that was very complicated . He is very thorough, he returned my calls right away and was able to negotiate a very favorable settlement for me . He is honest and fair. I would recommend him highly as I believe he is one of the best in his field.

Lawyer is very inexperienced. Spends more time playing with his blackberry that anything else. Wife called SEVERAL times during one of our meetins (which I was paying for. Basically took an open and shut case and lost. He appeared to lose interest because the case was continued. Thanks to Mr. Bellew my father and a half million dollars belong to a woman he knew less than a year. Three examining committee members found my dad to be incapacitated. He cannot dress himself, he is incontinent and has been DIAGNOSED with Alzheimer's disease. We presented a clear proof of her mismanagement of my dad's money. On top of that, I was the POA and sole trustee of the trust. The day before I sold his house she was given POA by another attorney who is clearly showing signs of dementia himself. I am an RN. I have NEVER committed a crime--ever. My only crime is living in another state. My mom passed away in 2004. I have a young son, a husband and a job.
