i am writing this review too state my disatisfaction with the way my parents trust was written by tim holt he did not apparently review what was written before my parents signed it my parents were in bad times due too mothers illness basically signed on the line trusting tim too convey their wishes too paper this was not done correctly and has caused grief on my part as tim will not admit a mistake was made and does not want too reimburse the trust for his mistake another attorney was hired on my part too straighten out the mess my view is why would someone go back too somebody that screwed it up the first time his view is that he wasnt given the chance correct it i dont believe in the second chance in some matters
