A family member recommended Andrew. He helped me with my condo purchase, answered all my questions, and was just all around helpful. The fees were reasonable and stated to me at the very beginning without any surprises. I really can't think of any negatives.

Lousy lawyer, lousy office (for real estate). No professional or even ethical conduct at some points. Hefty charges for virtually nothing.

Andrew Fine is a very "FINE" lawyer. He took time to explain the legal documents. He explained in plain English so that I understood exactly what I was signing. He does real estate law and I have recommended to my friends and family that they hire him to represent them on their next house purchase or sale. He is very patient and he answered all of my questions.
