Mr. Rosenberg represented me when I purchased my first condo in 2011 and I had a great experience. So when I finally bought my first house this year, I asked him to handle my closings again. Both deals, purchase and sale were closed on the same day 2 weeks ago. As always everything went smoothly. Every time during this process when I called him, he gave me clear answers. Mr. Rosenberg even checked my offer before my agent submitted it to sellers. I asked if I can sign all documents on Sunday due to my work schedule, and he agreed. Mr. Rosenberg far exceeded my expectations! I received my keys at 3 o’clock, my moving was done around 6pm. No issues. I highly recommend this lawyer. His fees are very reasonable and he’s always professional.

HORRIBLE LAWYER! DO NOT USE EVER! He was recommended by another lawyer in the building, who was acting on behalf of the seller. Does not respond to emails (ever). He's a liar, and confrontational when questioned. Tells you that he's working on a deal, next time you speak with him, he tells you that he's going to start working on it. He's unprofessional. I've had on more than one occasion had the urge to drive to his office, and punch him in the face, and if there were no consequences, I would. How anyone here is leaving any positive reviews is beyond mind boggling, and makes me wonder if they are family / friends of his. I am sure that I am not the only one he's treated unprofessionally. I hope that he reads this.

Has a terrible attitude. If you question him he really doesn't like it. he doesn't return calls and gets mad if you say so. work was sub par and slow to be completed. almost 4 months after sale/purchase and still no reporting letter. He is extremely disorganized in the office. I also felt that he was more on the agents side than his actual clients. PLease be careful and think twice before using this attorney.

I'm very surprised about some negative reviews. I think some people just don't know the process of closing the transaction and want lawyers to work for me. My husband and I had a great experience with Irving. He was answered all our questions and was so easy to reach any day/time if the week. He helped us close both transactions: a house we bought in North York and a home we sold in Mississauga. His prices are very cheap compared to many other lawyers we spoke to. Glad we went with Irving!

We brought a house from him years ago i was referred by my agent at that time. I honestly thought he was good but boy was i wrong. Recently my family just sold our house and brought a new one. I gave him both of the deal. When i first ask him for his price he said for sold is usually 700 plus any additional fee and for the purchase no more than 1200 but since we are doing both he will charge only $500 to sale. I trusted him so i didn't ask for paper since he said "don't worry". After all the paperwork is done for my sold property he charged my $750 didn't give me any discounts. But that's not the worst part - he's so unorganized with paperwork, he takes forever to reply when does he doesnt even answer your question. He like to brush you off and wait to do things last minute. All in all "fool me once shame you, fool me twice shame on me". If you must use this lawyer i recommend you get everything in writing. ..

This lawyer is GREAT!!! I was a first time buyer and was very anxious. Mr. Rosenberg explained all the steps to me and made me feel very comfortable with the transaction. He also advocated on my behalf when I was not entirely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend him!!!!

I think that this lawyer is terrific. He listens, works hard and always goes the extra mile to keep his clients informed. He even met me to sign my papers on a weekend, as he knew that I have long work hours. I am glad that my friend has referred me to him. My divorce cost me less money that I thought it would, as Mr. Rosenberg always explained me what my options were and the costs involved in different situations. He always warned me not to be emotional about my divorce and to think. Thank you.

Do not hire this laywer!!! He does not do what is required to complete a real estate transaction and he is very rude when asked about the status. He has an assistant do a lot of tasks for him, he probably doesn't know how to use a computer (he didn't know how to provide a tracking number for a courier package). We are still waiting for our transaction to be completed and every day he gives the next day as the completion date. He is not helpful or knowledgable about the process, so he should not be working as a laywer. He is just trying to get money from people without doing the work. He refuses to speak to his own clients and only wants to deal with other laywers. Be very careful if considering hiring this lawyer but I would strongly recommend against it if you want to get anything done.
