Terrible communication skills! He just wants your money in will over charge you for things that he had already charged you for. He’s unmotivated, unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate. He has no regard for the client. STAY AWAY!!!!

Mr. Picard represented me in a divorce case. His attention to detail and offensive strategies greatly helped me. Mr Picard represented me in my divorce/custody litigation. He was up front and honest with me the entire time. He didnt always tell me what i wanted to hear, which is what I expect from a professional, but did everything to make sure that my case went smooth and was as cost effective as possible. His rates were very reasonable and his staff is awesome too. I have since recommended him to friends who have hired him and have had the same results.

Unorganized, lazy...unprepared for meetings, hearings, depositions. Spent a tremendous amount of money with no result...ended up switching to another attorney. Didn't know how bad I was represented until I switched.

TERRIBLE, UNORGANIZED, LAZY, UNMOTIVATED. He never had anything prepared before our meetings. He spent 1/2 the meeting walking around (slowly) looking for paperwork while on my dollar. I got screwed in my divorce. Don't waste your time, energy, or money.

Chris Picard represented me for a divorce/custody case. Very expensive, but wonderful outcome. I have and will continue to recomend him to others. I was told my results never happen and was very happy with the results I received. He counseled me so well initially it saved me money in the long run. I believe he doesn't have to drag things out for money, as he is great at what he does. The guidance he gave me saved me a ton of money in the long run.

Mr. Pickard has represented my on a two occasions.
When my fiance’s ex wife tried to take custody from him, Pickard suggested we not fight her in court and to go along with what the FOC suggested after a referee hearing. We later found out that he was going on vacation and did not want to have to cancel to try our case in front of the judge. Additionally, he has a “friendship” with the person at FOC that wrote the recommendation for the custody situation and he did not want to challenge her recommendation.

Spent a great deal of time gathering all of the evidence for Chris to present. Give him only what can be used in court, or he will charge you for everything he reads over or has to gather for you. Make sure you log all the calls/times, or any communications with him. KEEP every receipt of payment to him. He sometimes will bill later for something already paid up front. He's a business man, and don't expect him to continue communications with you, if you don't pay or have a case he can help you with. He is a bulldog in court, knows a lot of resources and lay person's that will help in winning a case. He came highly recommended when looking for an attorney. He proved to be exactly what was needed!

very dissatisfied with Chris. was recommended to me but he hasnt come thru. as was said below, he is always unprepared when i come in and looks thru the stuff on my time because he can't remember whats up. guess after 200 and hr i expect him to be up on things. He's the lawyer and when i ask questions he gets short with me like i should know legal things & if I question his actions he's not nice. idk I just am Very disappointed here and i don't have much to live on

I would and continue to recommend Chris Picard to anyone seeking a lawyer. He did a great job on my case, great and returning phone calls and meeting with me when I needed him to. I was recommended by a friend and her recommendation didn't disappoint me one bit.

Chris is a criminal. Tells you what you want to hear, but does not come to court prepared or even remember what you discussed in the precourt meetings, often puts you on the spot in court with legal matters he should be addressing, tries to strong arm you when you dispute his wrong doings, may not bill you for over a year (and doesn’t put any details on the bill to let you know what your being billed for) ect.. This man relies solely on his daughter which is his secretary. He is computer illiterate. His father was a great man and lawyer, unfortunately Chris has none of his father’s attributes. Make sure you keep a very close log/diary of what is discussed, make him bill you as often as possible so you can confront his over charges and over all TELL him what you want him to do and MAKE him fight hard for you early in the game else he will bleed you dry. You’re going to pay a TON for him so make it happen early rather than draw it out for years.
