This attorney is inept, unprepared and should be hired only if you want to lose! He takes mediocrity to a PHD level and blunders or sleep walks through the process seemingly forgetting his oath concerning how to represent clients! Beware! If you are a plaintiff - you will lose! He is definitely NOT a plaintiff's attorney! Forgotten dates, failure to pursue info, failure to notify client of important info and dates are but a few of the many things that insure that the client does not stand a chance at a fair shot for justice! He simply does NOT defend his client with more than a show & tell feigned pretence of doing the job for which he is hired!You constantly feel like you must defend yourself against his blatant inability to do his job and defend yourself against the opposing side. One would be better off appearing pro se than with Patrick McFadden Killen! Save your money and time and just represent yourself - you cannot do worse even if you have never been near a school of law!!!
