The most unprofessional firm in NC. I am also considering filing a complaint against him with the NC Bar. In the beginning, he never gave me an explaination of what would happen, nor a choice - he just went ahead and filed without my fully understanding it was a done deal. His staff is known at the Chapter 13 Office as being unaware of policy - so today, when I told the staffer to learn the policy, Felden's wife (also an atty - not licensed in NC), sent me a message saying I was rude - and that I had provided the wrong number for Chapter 13 Office. NO, I call that basic customer service. Perhaps someone in the office, could have looked it up on the internet or actually known the policy. DO NOT USE this attorney, he will rip you off and provide no help whatsoever with your case. Doesn't fight for you and takes your money.

This guy has to be the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with, first he did not show up for my court appearance, and sent a proxy without telling me. Second he never responds to emails, phone calls or communication in writing. When I received documentation form the courts, he could not explain it, and seemed obliviouse. I have filed a complaint with the state licensing board, about his representation, the opposition's attorney said he was the most incomptent lawyer he has ever met. Steer clear of this firm, and this lawyer.

Don't trust this guy. He is happy to take your money and then doesn't represent your interests at all. He doesn't respond to concerns, doesn't answer questions and either lies or doesn't know what he's talking about. Perhaps he is so busy taking peoples money that he doesn't have any time to actually do the work. Go elsewhere!
