She was opposing counsel in a relative's divorce case. Rated her 2 on tenacity, meaning she'll run to court for minor issues which adds to her fees. She doesn't pass on info to the client like she should and she gave some very poor advice which was costly to her client. Avoid at all costs (but do try to get your opponent to hire her!) If she is your opposing counsel, plan on having to pay more to your attorney, but be happy because your chances just improved.

When I asked her What my rights where, what I was entitled to she answered. what do you want? during negotiations when I asked for something they his lawyer and Lauren would look at him and settle on what my husband would or not agree to and go with it. she did not advice me to get a appracial of the property, nor got spousal suport. my husband ended up with a $200,00 market value of our residence and a $300,000 ranch in Breackandridge Texas, and I ended up with $60,000 from the $200,000 and a bit over 1/2 of his 401k. Caine Allowed him not pay for the home's phone. and to take the health card( to pay for Dr,' office visits, and Prescriptions,) away from me.leaving me wiyhout deabetes,and blood preasure meds.Caine will not return my calls. and when I needed her to stop him from comming to my residence she daid "I can't micromanage your relationship", when the house was to be of my exclusivuse use.The divorce was final feb,11th 2010.and I've not seen a final decree to change car title
