Please please please do yourself a favor and get any other attorney you can find!!! Filed for bankruptcy back in May or at least I thought I did but he held the paperwork for a month, so when meeting with the trustee in July me along with 3 of his other clients found out what he had done and all got screwed! We had to go back in August only to find out he didn't file the proper paperwork AGAIN! I have judgements that he had 60 days to file paperwork for only to find out he messed that up too!!! I was told 3 months tops in May...it's almost the middle of November and still waiting! Alex doesn't respond to his clients, he BS's his crap over the phone and emails if you finally do hear from him! I'd give my life to turn back time and go with one of the other attorneys I sat with before handing the reigns over to this useless POSS!!! I've never been so stressed out in my life!!

uninterested, not very resourceful. Only returns calls and emails days later and after numerous attempts. Got rolled over by a court appointed attorney in our case. Expensive. After 1 year and thousands of dollars later, we had not one change made. do not be fooled by his website.
