If you are looking for a law firm to take all of your money, get you sanctioned from the judge, abandon your case and threaten you for more money, then this is the law firm for you!
However, if you are looking for a law firm to help you instead of the opposing party, then you want to find a different law firm!
If you are looking for a law firm with some sort of humanity, then you definitely should find anyone else other than Marcus Family Law!
If you do decide to hire Marcus Family Law, then be prepared to lose all of your money and have them screw you in the end!

ETHAN WORKS WITH PASSION AND TENACITY TO GENUINELY FIGHT FOR THE RIGHT OF HIS CLIENTS. HIS FAITH AND CALIBER AND CONCIENTIOUS EFFORT IN FIGHTING INJUSTICE IS REMARKABLE. NO ONE BELIEVED IN MY CASE AND NO ONE HAD THE GUTS TO FIGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE OF FEAR OF MY EX-HUSBAND'S FINANCIAL AND LITIGATIVE NATURE. ETHAN TOOK MY CASE KNOWING MY FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND LAST WEEK FOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER'S RIGHTS AND WELL BEING AGAINST ALL ODDS. ETHAN AND HIS COLLEGUES AT HIS FIRM SHOWED GREAT TEAM SPIRIT AND GAVE THEIR 100% TO WORK FOR THIS CAUSE AGAINGST ALL ODDS. In my case, Attorney Marcus made many mistakes, several serious. In addition, he over charged for the mistakes made by his staff and then later apologized, saying they were new and in training, and removed some of the charges. As a consequence of the last major error, he offered to removed charges but after the case was closed, only removed half, and then refused to say why he was not keeping his word re refunds. He threatened me. He said that unless I physically came into his office to meet with him, he would charge me the full amount, even thought he had already cut half the charges in writing. In addition, he refused to give me back my legal files, refused to discuss the billing via email, and was very hostile and unprofessional. On top of that, his mistakes cost me months of court time and thousands of dollars. If you work with Attorney Ethan Marcus, make sure you get every thing in writing. Don't believe his estimates and watch him like a hawk. He is understaffed and over-worked
