Accepts referrals from AARP Legal Services. Overcharges his clients for a consultation. And gives poor advice. Does not give legal advice based on Florida law. Just tries to represent his clients for the fees. And will ask you up front if you have money before you sign a contract.

Does not deliver on their promises. Always busy doesn't have time for all their clients. Always need to followup on your case with phonecalls, and left messages don't get returned

Works only when it is in his best intrest inother words only when he can bill for it. Look out for fees fees fees with this guy he charges to have his staff pick up the phone better value and knowledge googleing the law then from this guy talk to many many people if your rich and have money to throw around then go for him
