I have acquired a condo unit for my step daughter in Toronto - but I had to be out of the country at the closing date. The builder was not organised for handling specific issues. Mr. Jonas, was very knowledgeable in his advise and handled the deal on my behalf smoothly in spite of all the hurdles in the road.
