Appeared Knowledgeable, caring, and very well informed in the beginning. I do believe that he knows weather or not his chances of winning are in his favor early on, never gives you any idea that your case will drag on forever. a workers comp. case is usually settled out of court and he does not ever really let you know the details of your case. He is very arrogant and if you question anything he will get very defensive, actually angry. Once he settles your case he is not interested in finishing up the important details. I would not recommend him to anyone. You will be left in the dark once he is paid. He received a LOT of money from me. I was very disillusioned in my award. I would strongly look for a different attorney in a workers comp., SSD. case. I truly wish I would have interviewed other attorney's, but like I said he will totally impress you on your first meeting with him, it is false.
