He was not prepared,he dont know well the laws relating to my situation, I have to finish the file alone because he no longer made follow up, very expensive for what he made for me.

Me Caisse's team is extremely knowledgable and handled my case very efficiently. As a single mother who was left with a house full of hidden defects, I was extremely pleased they managed to recooperate the necessary money from the opposing party to cover the repairs. I highly recommend this team.

This lawyer took a $30,000 retainer fee in a six-month period and also billed at an hourly rate of $225 plus taxes. He had us cornered seeing our desperate need for a lawyer. After he stuffed his lardy face with our hard earned monies, he was instrumental in jinxing a then 12-year case and had printed on a Montreal newspaper that the plaintiffs would never get damages and interest that an Appeals' Court Judgement had awarded in 1999 -if the case may be. Anyhow, a fatal Award was appealed. Two of the plaintiffs have had to self represent themselves in the highest tribunal in Quebec and won. Appeals' Court #500 09 016637 068. It is no use erasing the above Me Caisse, I'll keep on printing till Justice is served. Yes, a complaint was filed with the Barreau. Result: it was shoved under the rug like all the other numerous complaint filed during a now 17-year case. It is the naked Truth.
