I coulda done better if I did my own case. Joe is reall bad .i got badder things then he say could happen. Nothing he did but he got me on the news. Don't be his client don't use him for your cases . He deserves big trouble so I got to the chapel.

I am somewhat hesitant to waste time as it seems that for whatever reason most negative reports on this site disappear. I was extremely disappointed with the complete like of tenacity Mr. diluca has. I can see now that he had no interest in winning my case and really made a mess of things. His greatest concern is that he not upset the judges etc. lawyers should be fighters not cowards. Joe diluca is clearly a coward. To be a lawyer is to be an advocate. Mr diluca is an advocat but only for himself not for his client. He also called the press to further sully my reputation and gain publicity for himself. I asked the reporter how they knew about what till I hired diluca was a quiet unpublicisized case. I promptly fired joe and hire Steve. Diluca by his foolish actions ruined my reputation and cost me my job. He also saved my ass because my new lawyer won my case . The case that diluca told me was in winnable but he could keep me out of the pen " IF I PLEAD." But only after payment
