RIP-OFF!!! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!! We hired him to help us with our loan modification and they demanded we pay $2500.00 on time and as agreed, we did. Now our home is being foreclosed on and they are telling us that they fulfilled their obligation to us and can no longer represent us!! The mortgage company now tells us they did not send one completed mod packet on our behalf!! DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY RIPPED US OFF!! BAD BAD BAD!
