She always wanted money every single time we saw her. Her charges were extremeky high and she would want to get paid even when she has not done or completed what she was suppoed to do. Also no refunds so if she says I can represent you for blank amount and you've only gone to one court date with her and rescheduled a whole year later and you've given her half or more of what she has asked. She is not going to give any money back. She does not communicate well on the situation or whats going on and what option yiu guys can try. If the case seems to hard she will basically take all you money and wont even try to do anything. We got a new lawyer and she is great. She has given us a reasonable way of making payments every court date and not just everytime we see her or monthly payments, she has sat and talked to us several times atleast two hours long explaining the different options or dtep that need to be taken

I had my case with Ms. Guajardo late 2012 and I was worried that my paperwork was not going to be sufficient, she calmed my doubts and did a great job of solving my Immigration case. She was always attentive and even gave us access to her through her cellphone number.

Its been almost a year an she hasn't resolve nothing. Three months ago been trying to reach here don't answer the phone an when she answers the phone she tells me she will call me back or to call her back tomorrow. 2 weeks ago I got my self a new lawyer he already got me results and he calls me twice a week to make sure I'm up to date with the process of my application

Ms. Guajardo represented me and my husband. She got him his permanent resident card. She was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her services.
