Joe did a great job on my son's case. My son was accused of driving drunk and the breath test was really high. Not only did Joe get the breath test thrown out but he also had the field tests that they do thrown out by the judge too. Im so glad that my son trusted him.

PLEASE BEWARE!!
Since January 31, 2019, I have been asking for my personal medical records to be returned to me and a refund.
In an email dated Feb 9 @ 1:04pm, Mr Joseph Patituce stated, "Even though I believe we have earned the entire fee that we charged, I am going to issue a refund after speaking with my team next week." He also stated," You are absolutely entitled to your file and it will be sent out on Monday."
On Feb 22, 2019 Since I had been receiving what I felt were hostile emails from Joseph Patituce to take down a negative review, I had someone call on my behalf to this law firm to inquire about my medical records and refund because I had still not received them. This person was informed that my records were NOT sent out.
As of Feb 27, I have NOT RECEIVED anything from this firm.
AS A MILITARY VETERAN, WE ARE INGRAINED WITH CORE VALUES - ONE OF THOSE VALUES IS INTEGRITY. AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FIRM, IT LACKS THAT BASIC CORE VALUE- INTEGRITY.

Attorney Joe Patituce should be rated as the best criminal lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio. He got me out of decades in prison and gave me hope when all others refused. He was honest, aggressive, and very cognizant of what I wanted.

110% TERRIBLE Lawyer!! Impossible to get a hold of after he took my initial $5000 and finally contacted me after postponing my court dates 5 times, to say he needed more money to continue! Then basically SOLD me out!! Lied in court to the Judge, stating he never could contact my counselor... And NOT one time did he ever try to sit down with me and discuss my options for my case other then to have his assistance call me to tell me when I needed to be in court and that even got screwed up twice, as I almost got my bond revoked because I missed court!!! The worse Lawyer in the State of Ohio!!! Final Grade: F-

Simply the best. Where others wanted to charge 10k for the DUI he charged a little less than half but still more than the cut rate ripoffs at 750. My case was dismissed completely.

I got jammed up on a dope case. I needed a criminal lawyer. A few of the big name attorneys wanted 50k flat to handle the case. A couple of rookies wanted 5k. I was referred to Patituce by a friend. Patituce treated me fair, told me his cost - it was in the middle. All of his people are former prosecutors, or court employees. He knows what to do and how to get it done.

I hired Attorney Patituce to defend my son from a DUI charge. I had already spoke to a couple of other attorneys that my friends had refered me. I was not ok with the way they told me it would "be ok" or they "knew the judge." Attorney Patituce told me that he was a former county prosecutor, and he was very honest with me about what could happen to my son - but not in a way that scared me. One thing he said that I really appreciated was that "How can your son know what choices to make if he does not know what he's facing." In the end Attorney Patituce actually won the entire trial and my son walked out not guilty, it was incredibly stressful but I am so glad I hired Attorney Patituce.

He used to be a prosecutor, he knows what he is doing. I was supposed to be charged with a felony 3. He was able to help me be indicted for only a felony 4. He was then able to get me a plea deal for a misdemeanor... I walked out with only a 100 dollar fine. He costs a lot, but with him comes his partner who was a police officer for 30 years. Well worth it.
