The sawaya law firm has used my compensation money to pay for my medical bills when I have $10,000.00 in Med-Pay from my own auto insurance company. I did indeed seek counsel from another law firm due to many other reasons.
My Chiropractor has been paid from my compensation money that has been sitting in a trust fund since April 2009. My accident was on November 24Th, 2008. I myself, doing their job and found out that 2 insurance companies that I am insured by, do indeed that I have $5000.00 each in Med-Pay coverage for this accident. They have also using a company by the name injury finance for my medical bills and I am being charged finances which could have been avoided...
I haven't seen a dime of this money,
