I can attest to the lack of concern this attorney has for his clients, at least when he is the court appointed attorney. He did exactly what I said he would do after he threw my husband under the bus in court. I knew he had political aspirations; thus, he did a horrible job defending my husband to please the court. He is now an ADA who is running for superior court judge. I pray to God that this unethical man does not get put on the bench. Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely. Given power, I know in my heart that this man will not be fair and impartial. He will be another puppet judge for the powerful attorneys in this district. Check the ethical rating of the attorney opposing him in November...Josh Willey. His rating far exceeds Mr. McAfee's.

I gave him tons of evidence he didn't use any of it. He tried to lose on purpose.
