Oswald and his firm charged me almost $200,000 for a simple retaliation and age discrimination case. I had to settle for $30,000 and I had to leave my job for a lower paying one because it got so bad. He did not protect me. He runs a "bust out" operation trying to get as much money as he can from the "client." His firm managed to totally antagonize my employeer. Do not use The Employment Law Group (his firm). Doing so was the worst mistake of my life. I hope others (and I know there are) will step forward and tell of their experience to protect others.
