Welch is a disgusting human being. I learned that she has changed her name in order to outrun her reputation. To make her money, she had no qualms about lying and perjuring herself which repeatedly puts children in danger. I don't care what your profession is: honesty, concern for others, and respect for the law should be important to us, but they should be of utmost importance for people who have some impact on children. I hold her 100% responsible for what has happened to my child.

Kristine Welch is the most dishonest person I have run across in all my years. She is a disgusting human being and will do anything to make a bit of money for herself including creating evidence, planting evidence, lying to authorities, to the court, in documents; drawing out court cases for her own monetary gain, fighting to keep children in extremely dangerous, unsavory living situations, falsely notarizing and misdating her own documents. There is no more crooked or dishonest human being. She has complaints with the Bar association, but has been able to lie her way out apparently. BEWARE!!! SHE IS THE DEVIL INCARNATE--do NOT let her near your children or god- forbid have any influence over their lives.

Ms. Welch has been my attorney for years. She has worked dilligently on my case and has often forgone fees when I could not pay just to keep my children safe. She is aggressive, but sympathetic to her client needs. The Judges all repect her and she handles herself well in Court. I would highly recommend her as an attorney.
