Do not hire this lawyer. He will not return phone calls and will treat you as second class. He obviously focuses on cases that he can gain the most dollar amount from. He willingly takes smaller cases just to get the fee paid upfront but then he will work on the case at his leisure regardless of the thousands of dollars a month a client continues to pay the court.
