Mr. Song told me to plead guilty to a violation of an order of protection that was obtained under false pretenses. He refused to look at a file folder filled with letters obtained from my family by my ex-wife. This was all personal correspondence complaining about their enabling her efforts to alienate my children from me. She used these letters to obtain the order from a radical feminist judge in Cook County, IL. When she finally produced the folder, he claimed the order of protection had violated my free speech rights, but I had already plead guilty to five counts of writing critical letters to my family!! He urged me to plead guilty by showing me the statute on harassment which includes any speech that is objectionable to the defendant, whether true or false, accurate or fabricated. So such 'harassment' apparently is not protected speech. He spent no time outside court familiarizing himself with the details of the case or our history.
