I had a very simple case, but wanted to make sure I won. I selected Stanley Prowse solely based on his degree from Harvard. He gave me incorrect legal advice, did not listen to me when I spoke, and in fact seemed irritated when I did speak. He served papers on the person I was suing, waited 30 days, then realized the papers he served were incorrect, and then served him again. Who paid for this mistake? Me. He called me to visit his office, which is a forty five minute drive each way for me. He made me wait for some time to see him, only to ask if I wanted to continue with the case! I don't know why that couldn't be handled on the phone. I must assume it was because office visits cost me more money than phone calls. The only thing I can say positively about The Law Offices of Stanley Prowse is that they are extremely efficient in charging your credit card ($300 per hour). In the end, Mr. Prowse just gave up on the case as the person I was suing filed Chapter 7.
