I needed a lawyer to represent me for a misdemeanor charge. I was very disappointed by what happened at our consultation. Cynthia didn’t even finish reading the complaint against me when she said I was guilty and couldn’t win. She showed no interest in even hearing my side of the story. In my opinion, Cynthia was rude,impatient, arrogant,and condescending.I politely told her that I wouldn’t feel comfortable with her representing me. Evn though I thought our conversation was over, Cynthia quoted me her fee, which was the equal of the highest quote that I had received from other lawyers I had called and it was more than most. Cynthia then complained that our free consultation wasted her time and that she had given me free advice. I’m not aware of any actual advice that she gave me but, from my point of view, Cynthia had wasted my time. Obviously, I cannot recommend Cynthia R. Lyons. Of course, everything I have said here is just my opinion.
