My separation lasted almost 3 years. I hired Brad on the last day to simply sign my work, which I worked out with opposing council the months before. I represented myself because this entire process is horrible, in fact it is a joke and mostly everyone involved should be disgusted with themselves! Family lawyers are not really needed a lot of the time, at least in my case. My ex-spouses lawyer was pathetic! She was expensive and incompetent. I know because I spent a lot of time with her I decided to give Brad a 5 out of 5 on everything because I was very direct in my expectation for him to be accurate in estimating the costs to simply sign my agreement and transfer the house to my name alone. I could not have done that part on my own as the x-spouses lawyer had concerning trust conditions that needed to be satisfied. I went with Brad because he told me an approximate cost and he hit it. His services were not that difficult for my needing him but none the less he met my expect

BRAD HANDLED MY DIVORCE 7 YRS AGO AND DID A FABULOUS JOB. I NEEDED TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN WITH A QUESTION AND I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM AND HE CONTACTED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY.I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HIM. HE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND COMPASSION WHILE I WENT THROUGH THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME.

Brad is a terrible lawyer. I don't understand how this guy can live with himself knowing how many of his clients he screwed over. He is a push over in court, he basically ruined my life after I trusted him to defend me. My new lawyer told me in his 25 plus years experience he never seen such a one side divorce in favor of my ex., HEY if your reading this review Brad, I will never forget what a poor job you have done, and will get vengeance ONE-DAY!

Like promised, I would update my experience. Brad is by far the worst lawyer Ive ever had. Costly, isnt always the best. His knowledge of family litigations, was piss poor. I now owe tons of money, and he hardly cared during the process in court. I found myself defending my situation more than he did. If you want a pushover, then this guy is for you. I do not recommend him for family situations.

Ill keep up to date as my progression with Brad continues. Ill admit, he does have issues getting back to his clients. I sometimes wait 3 days or a week to hear hear back either via calls or email. He does seem knowledgeable and straight to the point. Guess we'll see what happens in the upcoming months.

Brad was the worst Lawyer I ever had,he cost me a lot of money, and now I'm stuck paying spousal support due to his piss poor representation. I would of been better off letting my dog represent me then Brad.

Down to earth and practical. He seems to know the law and his rates fair. I liked him a lot and I would send my best friend to him if she needed a family lawyer.

Brad is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer who gets the job done at a fair price. Straight-shooter who won't waste time telling you what you want to hear. Has multiple offices so he is accessible. Definitely get him on your side before your ex does...

I would tell anyone to stay away from this lawyer. He seemed like he would be a good lawyer at the start. As time went on he never calls you back until a day or two before your court appearance. You get no time to prepare for your court hearings with him. He tells you things will be one way but infact it is the complete oposite. He did more damage than good. Would have been better off self representing my own case. Thousands of dollars lost. If you want a poor lawyer than he is the one. Worst experience i have had with a lawyer.

This guy was referred to me I called and left messages for about a month with him and never did end up speaking with him about my case. Cannot begin to imagine the nightmare had I hired this CLOWN!

i have been in the court system for many years, due to a difficult ex and used many lawyers. Brad handled all my final orders which were complicated and did a great job. Eventhough i was self represented the judge took his orders over the other parties lawyer. As time went on he didn't get back to me as quickly as he did before, but i believe its because he is getting busier as with all family lawyers. I do not think he all about money nor do i think he is a slimeball professional lier like some of them I encountered. overall he does know his stuff and i really cant say a bad thing about him Thanks Brad :)

Brad is a lawyer who has no interest in contacting back his clients. If u need things done he is not the route to go. After a year of dealing with him I spoke only a dozen times with him and made one court appearance and still I struggle every day to have an end to ongoing court battles

I think Brad was a great lawyer and would recommend him. I agree he does not like a messy divorce but I think that is because he know that is not best for the kids. In the end you have to work out an agreement or your children will pay for it emotionally. Financially Brad was awesome, I do not think he is all about making money off his clients at all.

very nice guy - but I think he is in the wrong area of law. messy divorces are NOT his thing and found it very frustrating to get ahold of him, or to get anything accomplished.

you get what you pay for, He was the best secretary I ever had, In terms of attorney, he doesn't care if you win or loose as long as he gets to go to court he is happy, but that's about it. If you want a good layer then you go to see better layers such as Levine Tadman Gutkin. During divorce, family separation, properties, emotions, conflict, children, pets, everything to consider, you need time to find a good layer, Brad is not the guy who will get the job done, he drags the issue so he can accumulate hrs, and at the end half fast results you get from Brad, I would recommend that you avoid Brad Mc Taggered if you can. read the reviews fist then choose a good layer.It took me two years to get 50/50 child custody and to sell the family house. oh that was done between my ex and I, I had to negotiate thing on my own, after countless court hrs with Brad, and with Brad we had no results, I had to pay him thousands of $$$$ for nothing.
