Do not use this guy he will suck you dry, more money, for doing nothing, and after paying for one hearing that got postponed last second, he wanted a bunch more money, for doing what we already done, an if you said you couldn’t pay then he said he couldn’t represent you

Absolutely hands down a thief. Took 10s of thousands of dollars from my family and didn't do a thing for my custody case. My parents lost their business trying to pay this guy. He literally laughed when I told him they couldn't pay the 100,000 he was looking for. Again, this man did NOTHING for my case.

I'm surprised to see all this negativity. I had a great experience with Roy. He's a little out there, but he was so helpful when we met to look over a (bogus) proposed child support amendment and parental responsibilities. I've met with lawyers in the past and received no help. I got a lecture on how great they were and then told I'd need to pay a $3000 to $4500 retainer. Roy actually advised me against taking my ex to court and spending the money for represenation when by default I already have 100% everything due to my son's negligent father. I also asked him if he'd draft the letter to oppose the change in child support and instead, he coached me through what to write, how to submit and what to contest. He spent a little over an hour with me and only charged me $60. He was the first attorney who helped me immensely and didn't just look at me like money in their pocket.

Roy took a case which involved my Grandson, the mother was convicted of child abuse. My son is now paying child support for his son who is in the custody of the mother. My son lost his son after the baby was abused and pepper sprayed by the mother. Roy took my Family for a total of $23,000.00 and wanted a total of over $40,000.00 more on a cut and and dry case. I have had other lawyers review this case in which he placed my son under duress and had him knowingly give up his rights looking for a deal with the other lawyer involved in this case. We have filed a formal review with the Colorado Bar to have him put in for review in hopes to have him disbarred so he does not steal or rob from any other families out there. This man is worse than a Criminal because he Robbed from my Family and took money that was that of an elderly woman from her retirement. To talk about Aztec Warriors and History or sit and play pretent for hearings. This guy is a POS...

Most incompetent lawyer around this guy charged me $600.00 dollars for first consultation, he had me watch him find a law for my case and called several other attorneys for advise. Mind you that prior to consulting Roy I had went to court and received a court order for my child ,Roy then stated I did 85% of the work already. The issue was the mother would not cooperate and give me my child back basically kid napped child and law inforcement would not help. Roy told me I would need a retainer of $3,500 for him to get child back.He also told me a week later I would need a PI to find mother that was a expense I did not expect. Roy then tells me he needs $8,000 retainer then tells me I need to get my family involved for the tune of $18,000. When I told him I don't have that kind of money he said I breeched the contract. He took $5,000 total from me and wasted my time. I hired another lawyer took one week and I now have the child.Roy is unprofessional and can't hear.........

Roy took care of my divorce and gave me great advice where needed. Most documents where prepared with me right there in his office. He always ran letters, communication by me before he sent anything out. Very fair in his charging. If he talked about things not related to my case, he did not charge me for those minutes. He can be a bit hard to communicate with, but if you can get by it and not take it personal, you have a great lawyer on your side.

I don’t understand why my experience with Roy was so much better than these other people. All he does is work with people who are having real problems with their ex’s, usually with hard custody problems like mine. He was very dedicated and put his all into my case. He taught me how to be the super parent and act wisely even when my ex was trying to hurt me the most. I won custody of my son, and my ex has hardly any visitation. It cost me and my family to pay for Roy and for the evaluator, but it was really worth it! I wonder what the problems these other people have? But maybe that’s just it, because people more easily complain than compliment these days. I worked with Roy, and we REALLY DID IT, and my son is protected!!!

this bozo obviously suffers from asbergers syndrome. He is too cheap to hire any clerical help so if you retain him you get to pay $160.00 per hour for his less than adequate apptitude on the keyboard. That, with his scatter brained thinking takes way too long to compose any simple letter . He'll suck you dry!!!!

My experience with Mr. Farber is so opposite of these two reviewers that I really wonder what was wrong with them that they aren't saying. He listened to me and we worked together really well. He did what we agreed and got me more than what I wanted. Lawyers cost money, but he was more than fair. There's no doubt that he's one of the best aroundh, and I recommend him highly!

This man needs help himself,"Mental help that is"I retained this man for his normal $3,000,and got no where with him,after the first 3k was gone he needed 3k more to go to a 1hr hearing !!That should have been covered in the first 3k!He dosnt get along with other lawyers,he will tell you up front what a *******that opposing lawyer is,He messes with your head,ignors your wishes for your case,does not listen,and does what he wants to.He has no secratery,you are always interrupted,and he is very UNPROFESSIONAL.I am the 3rd person in one month to leave this man and retain a new lawyer,the other people have the same new lawyer.I was lucky enough to get out with only loosing 3K/My new lawyerhas already made progress and i have only had her for 1 week,not 3 months!! Please make sure you resurch this man,he will teach you how to Google people,so Google him and see what you are in for!Dont let him keep you in his office for 3 hrs at a time,he uses that time to tell you stories about him !

This man was the worst person ever he mentally abuses his clients and does nothing for them. I spend 12,000 dollars with him and he did nothing for me but break me down. I would noit recommend anyone deal with him
