TO THE POST JUST BEFORE THIS ONE YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE IT HAS HAPPEN TO ME AND STILL IS. HE HAS BEEN SENT TO THE AZ STATE BAR OF LAWYERS A FEW TIMES OR MORE. PLEASE BELIEVE ME YOU ARE LUCKY THAT YOU STILL HAVE A CASE BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT GOING ON WITH THIS LAWYER AND HIS DAD RICHARD TREON .IT UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY STILL HAVE THERE LICENSE .THERE PAST IS CATCHING UP WITH THEM BUT NOT SOON ENOUGH TRUST ME. PLEASE BE STRONG AND CONTACT THE AZ STATE BAR THEY KNOW A LOT OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH DAN & RICHARD TREON. THEY HAVE WORKED WITH WITH THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CLEANUP AND FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS AS WELL AS GIVING ALL THE CASE FILES TO THERE CLIENTS AS THE CASE GOES ON.I BET HE HAS NOT GIVING YOU ALL THE FILES & BILLIONS AS YOUR CASE HAS GONE ON.THAT'S A BIG NO NO. BECAUSE THE BILLIONS CAN GO UP& UP IF YOUR SETTLEMENT GOES HIRE PLEASE ASK FOR THE BILLS COPYS FROM THE PEOPLE NOT JUST WHAT HE TELLS YOU THEY ARE. YOU WANT NAMES & PHONE NUMBERS. OF ALL BILLS. Initially great w/ communication, support & tenacity, the whole ball of wax.However, once the ther side decided to challenge our case, Mr Treon STOPPED communication, tenacity everything ceased. He no longer had interst in representing the case.Then informed me that the case was very weak & thretened to drop case. Never heard this from him until then. He even suggest he would drop my case.Would leave numeruos messages,e-mails to no avail. I sent communications to him for 6 months with no response. Later his paralegal was the only one communicating to me every & any thing, never him. When it came time for us to attented depos on the opposing side he had another attorney I had never met, nor discused my case w/ me attented & conduct depo. It has been 3 yrs. & at same place since day one. Impossible to get him to return calls or answer e-mails. Even refusing to e-mail a time best to reach him. At this juncture I have no clue on where we are in my case much less what is expected next.
