Regarding my rating of Brian Feinstein, Esq. on 04/25/2010, it would be most appreciated it I could re-review this entire rating, so I may explain that there is presently no problem between Mr. Feinstein and myself. I am the person who wrote the review, and I have resolved any and all differences with Mr. Feinstein since this writing. We are actually still working together on a now highly positive scale. I am the (only) originator of this rating.

I hired Mr. Feinstein to represent me in a labor dispute regarding being fired for 'age discrimination' and to represent me regarding monies that I feel my former employer should have given me. I gave Mr. Feinstein a $4000.00 retainer up front. There has been nothing done of any substance, nor was there anything done to move my case forward. Mr. Feinstein used up the full retainer and billed me for another 600 and change. It is almost 2 years since he took my case and after I would not pay the extra money, he abandoned me.
