I hired Mr. Feinstein to represent me in a labor dispute regarding being fired for 'age discrimination' and to represent me regarding monies that I feel my former employer should have given me. I gave Mr. Feinstein a $4000.00 retainer up front. There has been nothing done of any substance, nor was there anything done to move my case forward. Mr. Feinstein used up the full retainer and billed me for another 600 and change. It is almost 2 years since he took my case and after I would not pay the extra money, he abandoned me.
