Brad Culverhouse has represented me in cases in both Florida and Federal courts and I have never lost a case since he has been my lawyer. I have never seen a lawyer work as hard in getting ready for a court case.In every case I could tell by the way the Judges treated Brad that they respected him. Brad told me that preparing for a trial is like playing chess. You have to plan your moves and anticipate the other attorney's moves and be prepared to counter them. And, if I was not able to settle a case to my advantage, Brad was prepared to go to trial. My previous attorneys talked a good game, charged me alot of money but then tried to get me to agree to a bad settlement so they would not have to go to trial. Brad's experience as a former prosecutor and as a civil litigator give him an edge. I have seen him make mincemeat out of lawyers from big law firms. He is like a bulldog in the courtroom and he has charged me alot less money and gotten much better results than my other attorneys.

I have no idea how this lawyer has been permitted to continue to practice. He made empty promises, charged me for work he never did, and then could never meet any timelines (even if he set the time line himself). I am out a boatload of money, thinking i was so far down the path i had no choice, and finally just abandoned ship and got someone else. what a relief! if any one has an idea on how to get my money back from Culverhouse it would be great.

This man took our money and did nothing for us. He makes all sorts of promises and delivers nothing. STAY FAR AWAY!

stay far away from this man, maybe in his younger days he was good but he's now in his 70's and lost it. He had me more confused then when I walked in. He has zero record keeping, doesn't keep a log of what he did for you just keeps asking for more money. He gets VERY nasty if you question why he needs more money from you. Glad I ran when I did, now have a professional lawyer for a third of his fees. Please listen to me and stay far far away from him
