Matt Brimley is an idiot! Stuttered like he had never been in a court room before. He didn't even remember the name of my son. $1500 down the drain. The only person I have ever fired.

Too bad zeros are not an option because I would give him a zero for everything. He was horrible with my divorce case. He would only communicate with me via email. Never would answer or return my phone calls. My divorce did not involve children so I thought it would go quickly. It took 9 months when he promised 3. Worst lawyer ever! Do not hire him!

did a wonderful job on my family court case.he also worked on my wifes case against her ex husband and truly made our lives much easier.highly reccomend

I 100% disagree with the negative comments about Mr. Brimley. I had Matthew help me with my legal issues regarding my child and he made me feel important and valued. He listened with sincerety. I trusted him from the our first meeting that he would do all he could to help me. He was thorough, detailed and very time conscious. He turned my case around in a timely fashion and got me exactly what was asked. I felt he did everything in his power to meet my needs. Mr. Brimley isn't like those busy attorneys who have their legal assistants to communicate through. He gave me his direct, personal attention. I recommend Matt Brimley to anyone seeking family law assistance.

I hired this lawyer, and gave him a decent size retainer. We got to court and he stuttered, was unorganized, and even had the judge frustrated. Do not hire, he really isn't that cheap. Keep searching, because he ruined my case! I think he never spent any time even looking at my case till the night before court. Then he just wings it. I feel Terrible and cheated out of ever penny.

Matthew Is an awesome lawyer, he really cared about my case, and took my income into consideration. He was one of the first attorneys that took the time to look over my case really thoroughly. He Took my daughters health into consideration, and knew that it was not in her best interest for joint custody. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My second divorce was a mess. Both my ex's took me to court at the same time. I was put through custody evaluations and mental tests. I had to deal with jurisdiction problems, state lines, federal laws, and the issue of my ex hiding my child from me in a different state. Plus, I also had to deal with threats, personal investigators, and harassment. I honestly believed I couldn't win, and I was running out of money. On a whim, I called Matthew Brimley, and he honestly held my family together. Mr. Brimley doesn't act rashly, he doesn't go for revenge, and he doesn't push peoples' limits. There were times when I thought arguing a point would be in my favor, or hurrying a response from my ex was important. I was impatient and angry. Mr. Brimley saw the bigger picture and helped me see past the injustice of my situation. It took a long time, but in the end I won custody of my children along with a fair and clean divorce; all at a reasonable price. I recommend Mr. Brimley to anyone.

I needed help finishing my divorce and Matt Brimley was amazingly helpful. When i was stuck and had no idea what to do Matt brimley helped me find the way and was fast and efficient. He was very understanding of my financial situation and i know i would not be divorced if it wasnt for him. Thank you so much for all you do and all you have done.

I was referred to him by a legal plan with network attorneys that agree to charge $75/hr. That's a lot of money to human beings. But not to sharks. So I guess that means they feel like they should get to slack off. I was ready to fire him a thousand times but the nerdy Guardian Ad Litem wench had a crush on him. I thought that might possibly help things but it did not. I asked him if he had experience in criminal law. He said that he did so when my ex started making up false allegations in the divorce case and they became criminal, guess who got thrown in the slammer. He moves around a lot so I'd be REALLY surprised if he's still a lawyer (anywhere). But just spend your money elsewhere, even at a casino because that would be a far better bet than this guy.

i hired this man for my divorce and he is LAZY! he never gives any information in regards to your case and doesnt call back! i have a feeling that he does not know what he is even doing! say away from matt brimley! he is a horrible lawyer and does not know how to do his job! he will take your money, and give you nothing in return besides a headache and less money in your pocket!
