Probably the worst attorney we have ever worked with. Took our money and did not perform any of the services she claimed she did. Has had numerous run ins with the law. Took money from us and placed it in an attorney client trust, money we are unable to access and for all practical purposes, probably misspent. Do NOT recommend this attorney!

We made the mistake of hiring Elizabeth for our bankruptcy. She paid court fees late, lost reaffirmation paperwork and didn't bother telling us. She stopped working on our case and sent it to another attorney without even letting us know. Never returns calls. Did not show up to trustee meeting after it had been rescheduled 2 times because she hadnt paid the trustee or court fees. Our bankruptcy trustee said after handling thousands of cases he felt we had been ripped off paying an attorney $$ and he had never seen another case handled so poorly. I would never recommend Elizabeth Zagajeski to anyone.
