He is a very experienced, intelligent and humble individual. His clients know that they are good in hands because he is empathetic to their cases. Greg goes above and beyond to help people ! I have known Greg for many years. As a retired District Judge and an active member of my community, I've had the opportunity to work with and observe him in action many, many times. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, committed to his work and clients, patient and reasonable. He works hard to get the best results.

We had the good fortune to retain Greg Ghen 5 years ago regarding custody of our grandchildren. He is very knowledgeable about the law and well respected by his peers. Greg understands our complex situation and has always been very straight forward and honest with us. Sure there were times we didn't like to hear what he had to say, emotions run high in family law situations, but he was always right and in the end helped us navigate family court successfully. Like I said, it's been 5 years and court is expensive but we found Greg to be very fair and frugal with our case. Believe me when I say, we had looked around and found him to be the right fit for us financially and morally. Our case was/is a very heated one and he always kept his cool and was able to handle things in an amicable way. Fighting for custody against mom, he was able to get us shared legal and an almost even split of periods of physical custody to the tune of 6 days on 8 days off, 2 weeks vacation and holidays.

We hired Mr. Ghen to help us with a difficult custody/support case for my boyfriend's son. Since the beginning, Greg has proven to be extremely competent and tenacious in making sure we are always satisfied and fully informed of what is going on. He promptly answers and returns all calls and emails we send to him. He also is a pleasure to work with for payment arrangements as there are many lawyers out there who do not. We strongly recommend hiring Mr. Ghen for any custody/ support issues you may be having.

Overall I would have to say that Greg Ghen is a good lawyer. He at least told me that if I was willing to do some research & preparation myself that it would save me some money, which was a help.

I hired Mr. Ghen to get me divorced and to help me through custody, it cost $1,500 for the retainer which my parents paid half and my boyfriend paid the other half. Throughout the few months I had him I heard very little from him, basically only if I called to ask a question. He never explained to me what the next steps were and just said I'll let ya know, which he never did. He than sends me a bill for $165, he didn't receive it in a timely fashion so he terminated me. My ex husbands lawyer did all the divorce paper work, Greg did NONE. So basically the $1,500 was handed over to him to pay his mortgage not to help me, I suggest whoever is reading this to find a different lawyer. All this guy wants to do is email and call you to wisp the retainer away so he can get more money, he's not out to help. He tried sending my boyfriend who hired him as well a ton of emails until my bf finally said " stop contacting me and get me divorced"

Mr Ghen is wonderful he fought for me during my custody case. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions no matter when I needed help he made sure my ex did not play any games all I had to say was "call my lawyer" and he delt with the rest. He is very understanding, I am a single mom just trying to get by and he worked with me. I recommend Mr Ghen to anyone who wants a good, honest, hard working lawyer who truly fights for you.

I received a DUI.A friend told me I must call Mr. Ghen. Best thing I ever did. He was able to get me the use of my car to get to work, otherwise I would now be unemployed. He really saved me and his fee was very very fair.

Attorney Ghen is a bait and switch A Attorney. He says he can handle issues with Probate,he get his non refundable retainer, makes his billing match what you have as a retain, he pads his bills, with research in a area of law, he said he is professed in, but takes your retainer fee to research the law in the area,calls other Attorney's for help. Revises his documents at least three to four times, to which you are billed for his mistakes,files petition but when they are violated he quits, you are stuck in legal limbo, just before going to court. It costs you more legal fees,from other new Attorney's because of his bad behavior, when he breach his own contract. he was unable to do the job, he had contracted to do, he blames the customer, he scammed us for $10,000 with no results,jeopardizing our case in court Discipliary Board states this is legal malpractice,but will not help with any fee returns.You get SCAMMED!Stay away from this Atty,unless you want to loose you money,case,& santity.
